7. What is the fuel policy?
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.

Late returns may be charged between 1 OMR and 6 OMR, depending on the vehicle type and the duration of the delay.
Any delay exceeding 4 hours may be treated as a full additional rental day.
9. Is insurance included in the rental?
All rental vehicles are provided with comprehensive car insurance, subject to the insurer’s terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions.
Loss and Damage Waiver (LDW):
For drivers aged 25 and above, liability for accidental damage is limited to 150 OMR.
For drivers under 25 years old, liability is limited to 200 OMR.
Minor repairs, scratches, or small damages are not covered under this limit and remain the renter’s responsibility.
Third-Party Insurance:

Traffic fines may be transferred directly to the renter’s national ID and driving licence, subject to the applicable procedures.
