All our rental vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy designed to protect both the vehicle and the renter throughout the rental period. This coverage ensures clarity, security, and financial protection in a wide range of situations.

Insurance Coverage Includes:

1. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

In the event of accidental damage to the rental vehicle, the renter’s financial liability is limited as follows:

• Drivers aged 25 years and above: Maximum liability of 150 OMR
• Drivers under 25 years: Maximum liability of 200 OMR

For minor damages such as scratches or small dents, the renter will only be responsible for the actual repair cost, subject to the applicable liability cap.

2. Third-Party Liability Coverage

Covers legal liability for bodily injury or property damage caused to third parties while using the rental vehicle. This ensures the renter is protected against third-party claims arising during the rental period.

3. Accidental Damage Coverage

Covers repair costs resulting from accidental damage to the rental vehicle, including:

• Minor scratches and dents
• Major body or mechanical damage caused by accidents

This coverage provides reassurance against unexpected incidents.

4. Theft Protection

Provides financial protection in the event the rental vehicle is stolen during the rental period. Replacement or recovery costs are covered, subject to the applicable deductible and compliance with rental terms.

5. Fire and Explosion Coverage

Covers damage caused by fire, self-ignition, or explosion, including accidental fires and unforeseen ignition-related incidents.

6. Natural Disaster Coverage

Covers damage resulting from natural events, including but not limited to:

• Floods
• Storms
• Earthquakes
• Hail
• Landslides

This protection safeguards the vehicle against environmental risks.

7. Vandalism Coverage

Covers intentional damage caused by malicious acts, such as broken windows, scratches, or other deliberate damage to the vehicle.

Important Liability Exclusions

If damage occurs due to renter misconduct, including but not limited to:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
• Reckless or illegal driving
• Violation of traffic laws or rental terms

Full compensation for all damages will be required, and insurance coverage may become void.
